Parfums Christian Dior seeks a La Collection Privée Ambassador in Los Angeles to drive fragrance sales and VIP client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Parfums Christian Dior and La Collection Privée inside the Christian Dior Couture boutique, serving as the principal driver of fragrance and PCD performance.
- Support and partner with boutique client advisors to promote and sell fragrances and PCD products as part of the full Dior client experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales KPIs including sales volume, units per transaction (UPT), client recruitment and conversion for fragrance and PCD lines.
- Develop and actively grow a fragrance client portfolio through proactive clienteling and tandem selling with the boutique team.
- Design and deliver exceptional VIP client experiences, coordinating and participating in fragrance and spa events to recruit and elevate client relationships.
- Collaborate with the LCP Americas team to support trainings, masterclasses and the rollout of educational materials and selling ceremonies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of luxury fragrance retail experience; prior Dior Fragrance or La Collection Privée experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high‑end retail environment.
- Exceptional clienteling and customer‑service aptitude with experience delivering VIP client experiences.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or beauty/retail certifications preferred.
