Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to creative research and trend surveillance for knitwear concepts and textile innovations.
- Support the technical development of knitted fabrics and garments, including drafting clear flat sketches.
- Assist in sampling, prototyping and iterative refinement of knitwear pieces throughout collection cycles.
- Maintain and organise yarns, swatches, fabric samples and digital design assets for the studio.
- Provide operational support to the knitwear team during collection development and fashion week preparations.
- Coordinate with pattern, production and buying teams to ensure technical specifications and timelines are met.
- Prepare meeting materials and presentations; assist in scheduling and general studio administration.
Qualifications
- BA or MA in Fashion Design, Textile Design or equivalent (valid internship agreement from current school required).
- Portfolio required — show completed graduation collection(s) or design/studio work illustrating knitwear and textile understanding.
- Strong understanding of knitwear design principles and textile construction.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and studio organisation skills.
- Fluency in English; French or Italian is a plus.

Entry-level. Candidate should be a recent BA/MA student or graduate who has completed at least one graduation collection or has previous experience in a design studio.
Education
BA or MA in Fashion Design or Textile Design; a valid internship agreement from the candidate's school is mandatory.
