Role & Responsibilities

• Receive and quality-check prototypes, verifying measurements and ensuring proper classification and archiving of all knitwear samples
• Track shipments with transport partners and manage package reception to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Organize and manage samples throughout collection development cycles to guarantee availability for meetings and presentations
• Facilitate circulation of references and samples between team members to maintain workflow continuity
• Prepare and organize internal meetings; provide administrative support including courier requests, visitor reception, and ad-hoc assistance as needed
• Update project overviews, boards, and development pool budgets to maintain real-time operational visibility
• Monitor and coordinate supplies for the knitwear development pool, participate in supply-related meetings, and manage shipments to manufacturing facilities

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Meticulous attention to detail with flexible and adaptive working style
• Proficiency in Excel
• Genuine interest in or knowledge of knitwear and textile development

Skills

Experience

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Academic or practical exposure to fashion design, textiles, or luxury goods manufacturing is beneficial but not essential.

Education

Completion of secondary education (Baccalauréat or equivalent); enrollment in or recent completion of a fashion, textile, business administration, or related post-secondary programme is preferred.
