Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed reception and quality control of knit prototypes, including measurement verification and archival classification
• Track shipments with logistics partners and coordinate receipt of incoming prototype samples and materials
• Organize and manage samples throughout collection development to ensure availability for design reviews and presentations
• Facilitate circulation of references between internal stakeholders and departments
• Prepare and organize internal design team meetings and presentations
• Maintain and update project overviews, boards, and development team budgets
• Manage supplies and material procurement for the knit development division
• Attend supply-related meetings and coordinate distribution of materials to manufacturing facilities
• Provide ad hoc administrative support including courier requests, visitor reception, and general assistance as needed

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English
• Proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of or demonstrated interest in knitwear and textiles
• Strong organizational and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a design team

Experience

Entry-level or beginner experience; no prior professional experience required.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training or studies in fashion, textiles, or supply chain management preferred.
