Christian Dior Couture is hiring a Junior Store Manager (Retail Leadership Program) in Paris. Join the boutique team to drive sales and customer excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the boutique Manager in daily leadership of the sales team to deliver exceptional client service and the Maison’s merchandising standards.
- Maximise sales and conversion rates through active selling, coaching and monitoring of daily sales KPIs.
- Assist in setting, tracking and communicating store sales objectives and performance results.
- Prepare and present merchandise with discretion and sound commercial judgement in line with brand directives.
- Lead and/or participate in regular store briefings covering performance, product knowledge, visual standards and selling techniques.
- Coordinate and support in-store promotional activities, seasonal selling events and special presentations.
- Train and coach the sales team on customer capture, after‑sales service and clienteling techniques; develop a personal client database.
- Oversee product movements: prepare transfers, record damages, process returns to vendor (RTVs) and participate in stock inventories.
- Ensure accurate pricing and product referencing and implement measures to minimise stock loss.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury retail or hospitality operations.
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and contribute to sales team management to achieve targets.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills with proven coaching capability.
- Commercial creativity, initiative and sensitivity to fashion and brand image.
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) or equivalent preferred; evidence of management potential.

Minimum three years’ experience in retail or hospitality, with hands‑on exposure to sales, client service and team coordination in a luxury environment.
