Role & Responsibilities

  • Define seasonal assortments and manage delivery tracking; prepare 360 launch packs for new collections
  • Monitor and optimize permanent product offerings; coordinate monthly restocking initiatives with supply chain partners and identify emerging stock gaps
  • Support buying strategy development through assortment analysis, pre-debrief and debrief sessions, and product clustering recommendations
  • Partner with regional merchandising teams to support local business objectives and gather qualitative customer feedback for future collection development
  • Collaborate closely with central merchandising, collection, and supply chain departments on cross-functional initiatives
  • Coordinate seasonal destocking organization meetings and clearance events twice annually
  • Analyze weekly sales performance and communicate key findings to stakeholders
  • Conduct ad-hoc sales analyses and in-depth business studies
  • Establish visual merchandising guidelines for each collection and communicate business priorities
  • Direct assortment recommendations during store visits and openings; validate and distribute information to relevant teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an engineering school, Institut d'Études Politiques (IEP), or equivalent university programme
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar merchandising or buying role with demonstrated significant results
  • Strong passion for luxury and fashion sectors
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities with keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Outstanding interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
