Role & Responsibilities
- Manage operative coordination and execution of all product-related processes across the DACH region with focus on Austria and Switzerland
- Support forecasting preparation, maintenance, and tracking in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Conduct critical analysis and continuous optimization of existing workflows, tools, and administrative processes
- Create, consolidate, and maintain cost overviews, inventory analyses, and performance reports for strategic decision-making
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and HQ to synchronize timelines, availability, and administrative procedures
- Support cross-functional projects and process initiatives within the Product Operations team
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Management, or related field
- First relevant professional experience through internships, student employment, or entry-level positions in Operations, Project Management, or Product Management
- Strong analytical capabilities and exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Fluent German and very good English proficiency in written and spoken form; French advantageous
- Team orientation, reliability, and enthusiasm for coordinative tasks in a dynamic environment
