Role & Responsibilities
- Develop the national skincare category strategy in alignment with international guidelines.
- Design and implement the national marketing plan and end‑to‑end (360°) launch plans in coordination with marketing, digital, sales and training teams.
- Analyse sales performance, prepare reports and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Create sales materials, planograms and prepare product‑launch review materials in close partnership with the sales team.
- Maintain product lists, tools and internal trackers in coordination with the Product Coordinator.
- Define and execute sales‑driving initiatives and in‑market activations.
- Produce competitive analyses and launch reports to inform commercial decisions.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English; French language skills advantageous.
- First relevant experience in product management, marketing or sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation ability.
- Advanced analytical capability with the ability to visualise data and derive recommendations.
- Highly organised, proactive and resilient with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong team player with proven stakeholder‑management skills and attention to detail.
