Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize daily sales and monitor conversion rates; establish and track store-level sales targets in collaboration with store management
- Lead or participate in regular store meetings focused on sales performance, product knowledge, merchandising updates, and team communication
- Facilitate effective communication between store management and sales associates
- Coordinate seasonal sales promotions, fashion shows, contests, and in-store marketing activations
- Train and mentor sales team members on customer capture optimization and post-sale relationship development
- Develop and maintain a personal client database to enhance customer lifetime value
- Oversee product transfers, damage assessments, and vendor returns (RTVs) as required
- Supervise departmental inventories and participate in stock audits
- Verify accurate product pricing across all stock units
- Minimize inventory shrinkage and loss through vigilant product management
- Represent Christian Dior's aesthetic vision and brand image in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent post-secondary qualification (BAC+5 or higher)
- Minimum 3 years of retail or hospitality operations experience
- Proven ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships and manage sales teams toward KPI achievement
- Demonstrated commercial creativity and fashion sensitivity
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and priority-management capabilities
- High-impact communication and team coordination skills
- Clear potential for advancement into middle management roles
- Fluency in French and professional English
