Junior Manager – Retail Leadership Program at Christian Dior Couture, Paris. Full-time role combining team management, sales performance, and luxury retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize daily sales performance and monitor conversion rates in coordination with the boutique manager
- Establish and track boutique sales objectives aligned with Maison targets
- Lead regular store meetings to discuss performance metrics, sales training, product knowledge, merchandising strategies, and operational updates
- Coordinate team activities for seasonal campaigns, fashion shows, promotional events, and in-store sales initiatives
- Train the sales team on customer capture optimization and after-sales follow-up protocols
- Develop and maintain a personal client database to enhance customer relationships and lifetime value
- Oversee product transfers, damage assessments, and returns to suppliers (RTVs)
- Supervise departmental inventory activities and ensure accurate stock control
- Verify correct pricing and product referencing across the boutique
- Minimize inventory shrinkage and losses
- Ensure presentation of products with discretion and judgment according to Maison guidelines
- Facilitate effective communication between store management and sales associates
Qualifications
- Master's degree (BAC +5) or equivalent higher education qualification
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail or hospitality environments
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage sales teams effectively
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Commercial creativity and fashion sensitivity
