Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize daily sales performance and conversion rates; assist in setting and monitoring store sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and present merchandise with discretion and adherence to Maison standards; ensure correct product pricing and presentation.
- Lead and participate in regular store meetings to review performance, product knowledge, merchandising and training needs.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between store management and sales associates; support team motivation and coordination.
- Coordinate and support promotional and seasonal sales activities, events and in‑store presentations.
- Train and coach the sales team on capture rate optimisation, after‑sales service and clienteling techniques.
- Develop and maintain a personal client database; ensure the highest standards of client experience and relationship management.
- Manage product flows including preparation for transfers, recording damages and organising returns to vendor (RTVs); supervise departmental inventories and work to minimise stock loss.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' professional experience in retail or luxury hospitality, ideally with supervisory responsibilities.
- Master's degree (Master 2 / Bac +5) or equivalent academic credential.
- Demonstrated leadership potential with the ambition to progress to store management.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and organisational skills.
- Commercial creativity, initiative and sensitivity to fashion and brand image.
- Proven ability to coach teams, deliver training and drive measurable sales outcomes.
- Strong numerical aptitude for monitoring KPIs and sales performance.
