Join Christian Dior Couture in Paris as a Junior IT CRM Product Owner Intern. Contribute to global CRM operations in a dynamic, inclusive environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary custodian of the CRM system (Salesforce) for customer service operations globally, addressing functional requests and implementing necessary modifications.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and analyses to enhance the functionality of ancillary applications such as appointment scheduling, customer satisfaction measurement tools, and communication channels (WhatsApp, WeChat, Apple Business Chat).
- Oversee and coordinate activities and projects related to the evolution of the client domain.
- Adapt to project or RUN mode for handling corrections and evolutions based on given priorities.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree (Bac +4 to Bac +5) in Business School, University, Engineering School, or a specialized institution in CRM and Information Systems Management.
- Proficient in English for effective communication with stakeholders in France and internationally.
- Demonstrated proficiency in IT and a keen interest in the fashion and technology sectors.
