Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and produce training content under project manager supervision, including Collection Insider (quarterly), expertise modules, and inter-collection support materials
- Draft and format training materials in English following pedagogical and editorial guidelines, ensuring clarity and consistency across all deliverables
- Gather, structure, and synthesize product and business information from Business Units to inform content development
- Manage the editorial calendar for the e-learning platform, prepare content for publication, and conduct quality control before release
- Coordinate the translation process for training modules and materials, liaising with external providers and ensuring timelines are met
- Act as the primary operational contact for Maison universe training, developing content autonomously and collaborating closely with the Business Unit
- Support the Project Manager in tracking project timelines, priorities, and continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience in training, product marketing, or luxury retail
- Fluent English (written and spoken) as the primary working language
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent) highly valued
- Strong creative and visual sensibility with the ability to design clear, engaging, and aesthetically refined content
