Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain employment documentation including contracts, annexes, certificates, and personnel files in compliance with internal procedures and local regulations
  • Oversee timely completion of mandatory occupational medicine examinations and occupational health and safety trainings
  • Manage employee benefits processes by collecting documentation, enrolling employees in benefit programs, and performing monthly joiner/leaver reconciliations
  • Administer holiday request and Cafeteria benefit systems and create purchase orders for benefit-related expenses
  • Conduct initial screening interviews, coordinate recruitment meetings, and maintain accurate candidate status records in internal systems
  • Support preparation and distribution of internal HR announcements, employee communications, and engagement materials
  • Coordinate logistics for employee engagement events and initiatives, including birthday gift distribution
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to the team and employees, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery
  • Perform ad hoc HR projects and additional duties as required by evolving business needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or current final-year student in these disciplines
  • Excellent proficiency in Polish and English (spoken and written)
  • Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated ability to perform data analysis and create visualizations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential employee information
