Christian Dior Couture – Junior Development Collection Coordinator in Pforzheim, Germany. Support collection development and prototype coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Collection Manager and Collection Coordinators in developing four annual women's and men's fashion jewelry collections
- Research and procure materials for product development and prototype production
- Coordinate prototype development from design phase through to finished samples
- Collaborate closely with goldsmiths and 3D/CAD designers
- Maintain continuous and structured project progression through documentation in Excel and SAP
- Contribute to workflow optimization and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or bachelor's/master's degree in product development, product design, planning, or equivalent discipline
- First professional experience in a similar role or industry
- Strong cross-departmental and hierarchical communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
- Team spirit and capability to ensure alignment across departments with positive energy
- Fluent German and English proficiency (written and spoken); French and/or Italian advantageous

Entry-level professional with first experience in a similar role or the fashion/jewelry industry preferred.
Education
