Role & Responsibilities

• Analyze weekly and monthly performance by product line, region, boutique, and collection, with particular focus on bestsellers, recent launches, and events.
• Support new product launches by preparing product information and assortment summaries and checking stock deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and implement corrective actions to maximize sales.
• Create and provide sales-support tools, including product books, listings, assortment summaries, and sales associate applications.
• Conduct competitive analyses.
• Provide daily support to regions and boutiques, including stock requests, inter-boutique transfers, requests to central teams, product information, and sales-support tools.
• Coordinate “Caravan” assortments for boutique events, tracking item transfers, sales, and replenishment, and updating the calendar.
• Support permanent and seasonal boutique openings, creating specific assortments where needed with central teams, tracking stock receipt, and coordinating logistics information.
• Provide operational support for client and team events, including seminars.
• Help prepare pieces for shipment across Europe for client presentations, including documentation, transport bookings, packing, and handover to carriers.
• Help monitor regional logistics flows and communications with carriers.

Qualifications

• A final-year internship is preferred.
• A first internship in merchandising or business analysis is an advantage.
• Master’s-level business school education (Bac+5).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent French and English.
• Knowledge of the luxury industry; an interest in the jewelry and watches sector is an advantage.
• Analytical, rigorous, and well-organized.
• Comfortable working with numbers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and understanding of client relations.
• Curiosity and product sensitivity.
• Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Dynamic and proactive.

Skills

Experience

A first internship in merchandising or business analysis is an advantage; a final-year internship is preferred.

Education

Master’s-level business school education (Bac+5).
