Role & Responsibilities

• Analyze weekly and monthly performance by product line, region, boutique, and collection, with particular focus on bestsellers, recent launches, and events.
• Support new product launches by preparing product information and assortment summaries and checking stock deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and implement corrective actions to maximize sales.
• Create and provide sales-support tools, including product books, listings, assortment summaries, and sales applications.
• Conduct competitor studies.
• Provide daily support to regions and boutiques on stock requests, inter-boutique transfers or requests to central teams, product information, and sales-support tools.
• Coordinate “Caravan” assortments for boutique events, including tracking product transfers, sales, and replenishment, and updating the calendar.
• Support permanent and seasonal boutique openings by creating specific assortments where needed with central teams, tracking stock receipt, and coordinating logistics information.
• Provide operational support for client and team events, including seminars.
• Help prepare pieces for shipment to the European region for client presentations, including documentation, transport bookings, packing, and handover to carriers.
• Help monitor regional logistics flows and communications with carriers.

Qualifications

• Ideally completing a final-year internship.
• A first internship in merchandising or business analysis is an advantage.
• Business school education at BAC +5 level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent French and English.
• Knowledge of the luxury industry; an interest in the jewelry and watch sector is an advantage.
• Analytical, rigorous, and organized.
• Numerically confident.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and understanding of client relationships.
• Curious, with product sensitivity.
• Commercial and negotiation skills.
• Dynamic and proactive.
