IT Project Assistant internship at Christian Dior Couture, Paris. Support Finance & HR BI initiatives with Power BI and project management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and document target processes and functional specifications for finance and business intelligence projects
- Support project delivery across the full lifecycle including requirements analysis, implementation, and user acceptance testing
- Develop and execute change management initiatives including communications, training materials, and key-user enablement sessions
- Participate in end-to-end project governance following agile methodology frameworks including PI Planning, Daily standups, and MVP delivery
- Assist the Finance & HR BI division manager with cross-functional coordination and departmental support materials
- Collaborate with finance, general services, and operational stakeholders to identify automation and reporting optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's-level education (Bac+4/5) in computer science engineering, business school, or equivalent top-tier university programme
- Strong analytical capabilities and foundational knowledge of financial processes and controls
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging internal business partners and IT stakeholders
- Prior internship or project experience in IT project management or management consulting (preferred)

Beginner level; prior internship experience in IT project management or information systems consulting is appreciated but not required.
Education
Master's-level qualification (Bac+4/5) from an engineering school, business school, or top-tier university in a related discipline such as computer science, information systems, or business management.
