IT Process Excellence Lead at Christian Dior Couture (Paris): Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and AI-driven innovation in IT processes. Hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and ensure consistent application of IT Framework processes, standards, and guidelines across all IT functions and initiatives
- Conduct regular process reviews to identify deviations and establish robust process governance structures, including documentation, training, and communication strategies
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and industry best practices; lead and manage a portfolio of IT process continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies
- Research, evaluate, and pilot artificial intelligence technologies and innovative solutions to optimize IT processes and deliver measurable operational efficiencies
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on IT process excellence, fostering strong relationships with IT leadership, process owners, and operational teams to drive adoption and commitment
- Champion organizational change and transformation initiatives by developing a culture of continuous improvement and implementing comprehensive adoption strategies to maximize value delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT transformation, IT consulting, or related roles with proven success delivering complex process improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and agility at scale frameworks such as ITIL or SAFe
- Experience or demonstrated appetite for AI experimentation, data analytics, or innovative technology applications within an IT context

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT transformation, IT consulting, or related roles demonstrating a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex process improvement initiatives. Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and agility at scale methodologies is essential.
Education
