Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and enforce a cohesive IT framework of processes, standards and guidelines across D_NEXT and relevant IT functions.
- Design and operate a process governance model including documentation, training, communication and regular process reviews to ensure compliance and continuous alignment.
- Lead a portfolio of continuous improvement initiatives from ideation through deployment, using Lean, Six Sigma and Agile methodologies to increase efficiency and quality.
- Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis, stakeholder feedback and benchmarking against industry best practices.
- Plan and run workshops and cross-functional sessions to redesign and implement optimized IT processes, securing stakeholder buy-in and adoption.
- Research, evaluate and pilot AI and other emerging technologies to automate and optimize IT workflows and operational tasks.
- Manage AI experimentation projects—defining pilots, measuring outcomes, and translating results into scalable solutions.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to IT leadership and process owners, communicating change, benefits and risks and driving cultural adoption of process excellence and change management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum five years’ experience in IT transformation, IT consulting or a related role with proven delivery of complex process improvement programs.
- Hands-on experience with IT service management and scaled agility frameworks (ITSM, ITIL, SAFe).
- Demonstrable experience leading cross-functional change initiatives and driving adoption of new operating models.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills with ability to influence at strategic and operational levels.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) and a practical appetite for AI experimentation and data-driven solutions.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive responsibility in IT transformation, consulting or process improvement roles, with a documented track record of delivering cross-functional process change and governance at enterprise scale.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
