Christian Dior Couture IT Network & Operations Manager role in Courbevoie, France. Lead network infrastructure across LVMH group operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end network projects, designing robust and scalable architectures (LAN, WAN, WLAN, Cloud) and overseeing their deployment with a focus on standardization and industrialization
  • Ensure stability and performance of production infrastructures by managing complex incidents, driving root cause analysis, and continuously improving service delivery and operational optimization
  • Define and evolve the group's network standards, champion their adoption, disseminate best practices, and manage relationships with external vendors and service quality monitoring
  • Guarantee security, resilience, and compliance of architectures while contributing to observability and capacity forecasting
  • Manage and mentor a team of network engineers, structuring activities, developing technical capabilities, and fostering a high-performance collective culture focused on continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in networking and telecommunications or engineering school graduate
  • Minimum 8–10 years of hands-on experience in complex, international network environments
  • Expert proficiency in LAN, WAN, WLAN architectures and routing/security platforms (Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, Fortinet)
  • Solid knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, GCP), SD-WAN solutions, and security tools (Zscaler)
  • Demonstrated experience in technical project management and Build & Run operational models with Agile methodologies
  • Natural leadership with proven ability to federate teams, work cross-functionally, and thrive in demanding environments
  • Fluent English (non-negotiable)
