Christian Dior Couture — Courbevoie: IT Network & Operations Manager to lead network infrastructure, security and a team within D_Next.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end network projects (design, standardisation, rollout and industrialisation) across LAN, WAN, WLAN and cloud-connected architectures.
  • Ensure operational stability, performance and availability of the Group’s network estate; manage escalation of complex incidents and drive root-cause analysis and remediation.
  • Define, maintain and evolve global network standards and reference architectures; ensure adoption across international sites and third-party suppliers.
  • Oversee security, resilience and compliance of network architectures; contribute to observability, monitoring and capacity planning.
  • Manage and develop a team of network engineers, structuring activities, upskilling personnel and fostering a continuous improvement culture.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and service-level monitoring for network and security suppliers, ensuring quality of service and contractual fulfilment.
  • Operate within a Build & Run, product-oriented and agile delivery model to balance transformation projects with operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in networks, telecommunications or engineering, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in complex, international network environments; 10+ years preferred for senior accountability.
  • Proven track record of managing network projects end-to-end and operating in a Build & Run / Agile delivery model.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with responsibility for team management and cross-functional collaboration.

Experience

Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in network design, delivery and operations within complex, international environments; track record of leading network engineering teams and delivering large-scale LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi and cloud-connectivity projects. Ten or more years of experience is preferred for this managerial role.

Education

Master’s degree (Bac+5) in networks, telecommunications or engineering, or equivalent.
