Christian Dior Couture is seeking an IT Communications and Adoption Assistant intern in Paris to support user experience and global IT communications, translating technical information into user-friendly content and driving adoption campaigns. The full-time, on-site internship lasts six months and starts in January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create knowledge articles in text, image, or video to guide users in using IT tools.
- Create informative communications that translate technical messages into user-friendly language.
- Create directive communications that explain the context and rationale for required actions.
- Create adoption campaigns combining communication, webinars, training, flyers, and other techniques.
- Connect IT product teams with internal communications teams and contribute to the Maison’s global IT communications plan for users.
- Support communication and adoption of workplace, collaboration, security, and support tools; the scope may extend to applications as needed.
Qualifications
- Student at a communications or design school.
- Professional proficiency in French and English.
- Knowledge of office environments (Windows, Mac, iPhone, Office suite) and support tools (ServiceNow, Power BI) is an advantage; accelerated training will be provided if needed.
- Personal qualities: rigor, organization, curiosity, a strong appetite for learning, empathy, communication skills, interest in technology, proactivity, and team spirit.
