Christian Dior Couture seeks an IT Communication & Adoption Specialist intern in Paris to support user experience and digital tool adoption initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create knowledge-base articles, visual guides, and video tutorials to support user adoption of IT tools and platforms
- Develop informative communications that translate technical concepts into accessible user language
- Design directive communications that explain context and rationale for new IT policies and tools
- Design and execute multi-channel adoption campaigns integrating communications, webinars, training sessions, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with IT product teams and internal communications departments to align messaging and timelines
- Support adoption initiatives across workstation management, collaborative tools, security awareness, and help desk services
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a school of communication or design
- Professional fluency in French and English
- Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or equivalent)
- Basic HTML coding knowledge
- Fundamental understanding of UX/UI design principles
- Familiarity with desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS) and office productivity suites
- Plus: experience with help desk platforms (ServiceNow) and data visualization tools (Power BI)

Experience
Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. An accelerated training program will be provided by the IT Operations team to support onboarding in help desk platforms and technical environments if needed.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in communication, design, digital marketing, or a related field.
