Role & Responsibilities
- Integrate fully into the User Experience team within the IT Operations Department.
- Serve as a liaison between IT product teams and internal communication teams.
- Drive the global IT communication plan for the Maison's users.
- Develop knowledge articles to guide users in utilizing tools through text, images, or video.
- Create informative communications to convey technical messages in user-friendly language.
- Develop directive communications to enforce actions by explaining context and rationale.
- Design adoption campaigns using various techniques such as communication, webinars, training, and flyers.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a communication or design school.
- Professional proficiency in French and English.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience is acceptable.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in communication or design.
