Christian Dior Couture — Seoul: IT Assistant Manager to lead infrastructure, workplace services and cybersecurity for corporate and retail environments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary local liaison for IT security, collaborating closely with regional and global security teams to align policies and operations.
- Operate and continuously improve security operations: monitoring, incident response coordination, vulnerability management and regulatory audit remediation (including K-ISMS requirements).
- Manage stable operation, maintenance and evolution of IT infrastructure across corporate offices and retail stores, including meeting systems, server rooms and network systems.
- Lead the Client Service Center operations (L1–L2 support), onsite infrastructure and call center/CTI systems, ensuring SLAs and user satisfaction.
- Govern infrastructure changes, releases and configuration management to mitigate operational risk and minimize disruption.
- Plan and deliver IT projects for store openings, events and infrastructure rollouts; own end-to-end delivery including planning, budgeting, vendor coordination and communication with regional and central teams.
- Oversee IT asset lifecycle: procurement, deployment, maintenance, refresh and secure disposal while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze asset and operational data to forecast needs, inform budgeting and contribute to IT strategic planning.
- Promote a strong cybersecurity culture across the organization and engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience; 7+ years of hands-on IT support/operations experience preferred, ideally within retail or luxury environments.
- Practical experience with security technologies such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Network Detection & Response (NDR) and cloud security frameworks.
- Proven knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and tooling (e.g., ServiceNow); experience operating L1–L2 support centres and CTI systems.
- Familiarity with data compliance and certification processes (experience with K-ISMS is highly desirable); CISSP, CISA or CISM is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills with excellent written and spoken English.

Education
