Role & Responsibilities
- Support the IS Manager BI, Finance & HR in the planning, coordination and execution of EMEA information‑systems projects.
- Contribute to the elicitation and documentation of business requirements, functional specifications and project plans.
- Prepare and animate team meetings, sprint reviews and progress updates within an Agile framework.
- Coordinate with technical teams and external partners to track deliverables, timelines and quality objectives.
- Perform data analysis and produce reporting to monitor project performance and inform decision‑making.
- Assist in qualifying local needs for store and HQ processes and in proposing local developments or requests to the central IT model.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master's or engineering) programme in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
- Demonstrated interest in digital solutions and information systems applied to Finance, BI or HR domains.
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working and participation in Agile ceremonies.
- Highly organized, rigorous, proactive and customer‑oriented.
- Curious, quick learner with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Skills
Experience
Entry‑level / internship. Prior internships or project work in IT, business analysis or project coordination are advantageous but not required.
Education
Master's-level studies (Bac+4/5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
