Christian Dior Couture seeks an Internship Sales Assistant in Milan. Full-time luxury retail internship at Montenapoleone boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators
- Ensure a welcoming client-focused environment through best-in-class service delivered in-person, by telephone, and via digital communication channels
- Assist in developing the local and international client book while recruiting and cultivating top clients
- Communicate product stories and engage clients through comprehensive product knowledge
- Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain boutique order through cleaning, reorganizing fitting rooms, and monitoring product displays
- Execute back-office activities including delivery preparation and product packaging and wrapping
Qualifications
- Interest in and preferably experience in retail and/or service
- University education or Fashion school degree
- English language proficiency at C1-C2 level
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and basic digital software competency
- Positive and kind demeanor
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-working attitude and collaborative approach
- Willingness to learn and professional flexibility

Beginner level; interest in or preferably some experience in retail and/or service environments.
Education
University education or Fashion school degree required.
