Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop digital and print communication tools and training materials in collaboration with external agencies, including animated digital catalogues and translated product guides for exceptional pieces
  • Design and propose innovative activation ideas, communication supports, and experiential settings for private client events and initiatives
  • Prepare detailed briefs for event agencies and internal teams (merchandising, marketing) focused on luxury client experiences
  • Identify and propose luxury sector partnership opportunities for exclusive product and experience distribution
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking on client experience programs, rewards, and initiatives from luxury competitors
  • Assist with operational coordination including product orders, shipments, and preparation for validation instances and premium events

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in a Master's-level program (business school or equivalent)
  • Minimum 6 months of professional experience in luxury and client relationship management
