Internship opportunity in Key Account Management at Parfums Christian Dior, Düsseldorf. Support strategic account development in luxury beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide full-time support to Key Account Managers across strategic planning and product launches
- Prepare customer meetings through competitive analyses and presentation development
- Generate revenue reports and maintain account databases and CRM hygiene
- Independently lead analytical projects supporting account performance and market insights
- Process customer inquiries and contribute to end-to-end client servicing at both headquarters and retail locations
- Coordinate cross-functional team initiatives within the D/A/CH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region
Qualifications
- Minimum three completed semesters in Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline
- Demonstrated passion for the luxury beauty and fragrance industry
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF functions) and PowerPoint
- Fluent German and advanced English communication skills
- Analytical mindset with structured, results-oriented approach to problem-solving
