International Visual Merchandising Manager for menswear at Christian Dior Couture in Paris. Develop VM strategy and lead global boutique presentations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of visual merchandising guidelines in close collaboration with the business unit
- Monitor and provide regular feedback on display implementation across regional teams
- Collaborate with the creative department to ensure product presentation design and styling align with brand vision and test new props
- Set up and coordinate visual presentations for showrooms, press events, and product launches
- Support regional VM teams with display rotations and store opening implementations
- Provide strategic direction and oversight of menswear visual merchandising across the international boutique network
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a similar visual merchandising role, preferably in the luxury sector
- Strong sensitivity to fashion and keen interest in creative disciplines including art, design, architecture, and photography
- Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory)
- Proactive by nature with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and departments
