Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the implementation of men's merchandise display guidelines in collaboration with the business unit
- Provide regular feedback to regional VM teams regarding display implementation and compliance
- Collaborate with the creative team to align product presentation with design intent, including testing of props and display elements
- Set up and manage visual presentations for showrooms, press events, and seasonal launches
- Support regional VM teams through on-site display rotation management and store opening supervision
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in visual merchandising, ideally within the luxury sector
- Strong fashion sensibility and genuine interest in creative disciplines such as art, design, architecture, and photography
- Excellent written and oral English (mandatory)
- Demonstrated ability to manage stress, adapt flexibly to changing priorities, and take calculated risks
