Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and establish visual merchandising guidelines for the menswear universe in close cooperation with the business unit
- Oversee the implementation of displays across the global boutique network with regular feedback to regional VM teams
- Collaborate with the creative design team to ensure product presentation, styling concepts, and prop testing align with brand vision and collection narratives
- Set up and coordinate visual environments for showrooms, press events, and brand activations
- Support regional VM teams with display rotations and store opening procedures
- Monitor adherence to merchandising standards and provide guidance on best practices across all zones
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in visual merchandising roles, ideally within the luxury sector
- Demonstrated expertise in menswear merchandising or related fashion categories
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency
- Proven ability to develop and implement merchandising strategies across multi-country retail networks
- Experience collaborating with creative and product development teams
