Christian Dior Couture seeks an International Training Assistant for a 6-month internship in Paris, supporting retail training and customer experience initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support reporting and analysis of customer experience measurement programs (Mystery Shopping) and maintain project tracking tools and store lists
- Develop impactful communication assets including newsletters, one-pagers, and visual materials to disseminate key messages to training referents and boutiques globally
- Design pedagogical modules for the digital training application
- Co-create training guidelines and learning pathways on contemporary retail topics such as after-sales service, client discovery, and storytelling in collaboration with key departments
- Support preparation and facilitation of Train the Trainer sessions for regional retail teams
- Participate in video content creation including filming, motion design, and related multimedia production
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from Bachelor's +4/5 program in commerce, management, communication, training, digital marketing, luxury studies, or equivalent
- First experience in retail, training, retail performance, customer experience, or project management highly valued
- Strong attraction to luxury industry, service excellence, knowledge transmission, and international environments
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to synthesize information clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent English; additional international language preferred
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level professional experience; prior exposure to retail environments, training teams, and/or project management is valued. First-hand boutique experience or participation in a retail team is a plus.
Education
Bachelor's degree +4/5 years (Bac+4/5) in commerce, management, communication, training, digital marketing, luxury studies, or equivalent qualification.
