Parfums Christian Dior — Neuilly-sur-Seine: International Retail Performance internship. Support retail analytics, NPS and clienteling for the Maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and analyse international retail KPIs to evaluate and benchmark the in‑store customer experience.
  • Monitor, interpret and report on NPS results worldwide; identify trends and recommend concrete actions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse Mystery Shopping campaign results, highlight strengths and improvement areas, and propose operational action plans for boutiques.
  • Track monthly clienteling performance by market/region and support the design and delivery of clienteling workshops organised by local markets.
  • Contribute to the creation and follow‑up of retail action plans aimed at enhancing the in‑store experience.
  • Provide operational support to retail teams and act as a liaison between markets and IT for deployment of processes and initiatives.
  • Design and administer field surveys: draft questionnaires, prepare study setup and sampling, launch studies and ensure data quality and reliability.
  • Prepare clear, impact‑driven communications and project deliverables for internal teams and international markets, including strategic presentations for top management.
  • Manage the annual Clienteling retail challenge: communicate the challenge, monitor performance, consolidate results and coordinate distribution of rewards.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and benchmark retail innovations and best practices; translate market trends into strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master's or equivalent program at an engineering school or business school (École d’Ingénieur / École de Commerce).
  • Fluent in French and English (oral and written) — both languages mandatory.
  • International experience required (study abroad, exchange or international internships).
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities, high level of rigor, attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proactive mindset, good interpersonal skills and a clear sensitivity to customer experience and retail environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; ideally experience with Thinkcell and VBA.
