Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in international retail projects under the guidance of the Retail Performance Director and team manager.
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of deployment plans for various retail initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between central teams and regional counterparts.
- Assist in the development of deployment tools and project presentations.
- Monitor project implementation and report potential issues or improvement suggestions to the project team.
- Conduct training sessions.
- Compile KPI reports on project performance.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Italian, Chinese, or Japanese is advantageous.
- Experience in retail is preferred.

Experience
Entry-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates with retail experience.
