Christian Dior Couture seeks an International Retail Marketing Assistant intern in Paris to support luxury event coordination and client development across Europe.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide 360-degree operational support for high-end boutique events worldwide, including high-end caravans, made-to-measure tailoring, and couture campaigns
- Coordinate and manage international event logistics, client animations, vendor relations, and order tracking across multiple territories
- Liaise between headquarters teams and international zones on product offerings, graphic design, visual merchandising, and promotional materials
- Manage travel arrangements and logistics for team members assigned to high-end events
- Track and analyze event outcomes through qualitative and quantitative metrics reporting
- Develop presentation materials and strategic proposals for internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain annual event action plans with budget and logistical oversight by product category
- Create and distribute event guidelines to international markets
- Conduct competitive benchmarking analysis across premium categories, particularly in high jewelry
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university program at BAC+4/BAC+5 level, seeking a final-year internship
- Minimum six months of prior experience in marketing, communications, or event management, ideally within the luxury sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent English (both spoken and written)
