Christian Dior Couture in Paris seeks an International High‑End Client Manager (High Jewellery & Timepieces).
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and champion the global high‑end client strategy in close collaboration with Regional teams, Grands Vendeurs and central functions.
- Lead cross‑functional meetings with Merchandising, Clienteling and Training to shape client journeys and recruitment initiatives.
- Analyze team KPIs to identify opportunities for client acquisition, reactivation and high‑value prospecting.
- Coordinate preparation and RSVP follow‑up for international client events and support Grands Vendeurs in client targeting, appointment planning and product selection.
- Act as liaison for exceptional bespoke projects (special creations, loose‑stone briefs) between the Business Unit and Regions.
- Collaborate with CRM Central to design and monitor premium client experiences; represent the Maison at major international events (travel required).
- Design and implement the annual training plan with central training partners and animate global Presenter communities through meetings and seminars.
- Organize bi‑annual ECM appointments, support regional seminar construction and produce a commercial gemmology newsletter in partnership with the stones team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' experience in retail within jewellery and/or watchmaking at premium or haute‑joaillerie level.
- Proven experience in training, coaching or sales development is strongly advantageous.
- Deep product sensitivity and market knowledge of high jewellery and haute horlogerie.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a commercial mindset and ability to influence across regions.
- Collaborative team player who is proactive, dynamic and comfortable with international travel.
- Bilingual English (must); additional language skills are an asset.

Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in luxury retail, specifically in jewellery and/or watchmaking; prior roles in client development, training or coaching preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, luxury management or equivalent professional experience preferred.
