Parfums Christian Dior seeks an Internal Coordinator, Beauty Tech Americas in New York (hybrid) to support the CIO and IT leadership.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑level executive support to the CIO, including proactive calendar management, meeting preparation, agenda creation, minute taking and action‑item follow‑up
  • Extend scheduling and coordination support to the broader IT Leadership Team as required
  • Plan, coordinate and execute Beauty Tech Americas events (townhalls, offsites, workshops) including venue selection, logistics, communications and materials
  • Manage end‑to‑end travel logistics and expense coordination for the CIO and IT leadership
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal communications within Beauty Tech Americas; maintain distribution lists, update communication channels and disseminate department announcements
  • Prepare and maintain high‑quality documentation and presentations for IT meetings, budget reviews and strategic sessions
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new IT hires in partnership with HR, including access setup, orientation scheduling and welcome communications
  • Foster team engagement by proposing and implementing community‑building initiatives to strengthen department culture

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of professional experience in executive support, internal communications, office coordination or related roles
  • Proven experience supporting senior technology leaders or cross‑functional executive teams
  • Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong event planning and project coordination experience, including multi‑stakeholder logistics
