Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure strict adherence to all Retail procedures, including stock management and cash handling, through monthly Internal Control reviews.
- Critically assess these reviews and ensure the implementation and follow-up of action plans with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Train and support Retail and Operations teams in best practices for Internal Control through regular training sessions and communications.
- Evaluate existing processes, identify operational risks, and propose improvements to enhance current procedures.
- Ensure compliance with governance principles by conducting control missions and regular store visits.
- Conduct internal control reviews in stores at least twice a year, focusing on cross-sectional controls and specific analyses of all Retail transactions.
- Participate in annual store inventories and monitor inventory discrepancies.
- Report risk points and alerts to Retail France, Monaco Management, and 30 Montaigne Management.
- Contribute to the smooth execution of internal and external financial/compliance audits.
- Perform annual self-assessment tasks as required by the Group.
- Collaborate with European and Headquarters teams (Internal Control and Audit, Compliance) to ensure optimal coordination of the internal control framework.
Qualifications
- Degree from a business or engineering school.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 8 years of experience in internal audit and/or risk management within an international Retail and/or Luxury group.
Education
Degree from a business or engineering school.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
