Christian Dior Couture seeks an Internal Control Assistant intern in Paris to support audit, compliance, and risk management across European retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the examination of sales, inventory, and financial statements of audited boutiques and entities
- Participate in communications and meetings with local and European stakeholders to gather and share information
- Execute ad-hoc audit missions, measuring audit point impacts and consolidating regional data for analysis
- Engage in operational audits and internal control reviews, highlighting recommendations and action plan monitoring
- Utilize data visualization tools to analyze metrics and identify anomalies or weak signals
- Test and monitor internal control processes for compliance with Christian Dior Couture standards
- Track and analyze entity responses via questionnaires to assess internal control implementation
- Review and update anti-money-laundering frameworks in retail locations
- Draft and deploy new procedures for boutique and digital transaction oversight
- Verify documentation and ensure adherence to existing internal control procedures
- Develop educational materials to raise awareness of internal control and compliance topics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) with specialization in Audit or Corporate Finance
- Ideally, prior experience in internal control, compliance, or audit practice
- Rigorous analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Demonstrated curiosity and capacity for learning
- Strong process and risk sensitivity beyond quantitative metrics
- Fluent English proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI

This internship is ideally suited for candidates with foundational knowledge in audit, finance, or compliance and at least one prior internship or entry-level experience in these domains. Beginners with strong academic credentials in accounting or finance and demonstrated initiative are also encouraged to apply.
Education
