Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and execution of audit missions, including the examination of sales, inventory, and financial statements of audited boutiques and entities.
- Participate in meetings and exchanges with local and European stakeholders to gather and share information.
- Engage in ad-hoc missions to measure audit impacts and consolidate data from regional entities.
- Contribute to operational audits and internal control, emphasizing recommendations and action plan follow-ups.
- Utilize data visualization tools to analyze data and identify weak signals or anomalies.
- Test and monitor internal control processes to ensure compliance with Dior standards.
- Analyze responses from Dior entities via questionnaires to assess internal control implementation.
- Review and update anti-money laundering measures in stores.
- Draft and implement new procedures for store and digital flow activities.
- Ensure documentation compliance with existing internal control procedures.
- Create educational materials to raise awareness and animate topics related to internal control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a specialization in Audit or Corporate Finance.
- Preferably some experience in internal control, compliance, or audit firm.
