Christian Dior Couture is hiring an Internal Audit Intern in Paris, France to support audit and internal control missions across European retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and execution of audit missions, including examination of sales, inventory, and financial statements across boutiques and audited entities
- Participate in exchanges and meetings with local and European stakeholders to gather and share audit information
- Intervene on ad hoc audit missions to measure the impact of audit findings and consolidate regional data
- Support operational audits and internal control assessments, with emphasis on audit recommendations and action plan monitoring
- Utilize data visualization tools to analyze financial and operational data and identify anomalies or weaknesses
- Test and monitor internal control processes to ensure compliance with Christian Dior standards
- Track and analyze entity responses to internal control questionnaires via structured reporting
- Review and update anti-money laundering frameworks and controls within retail locations
- Draft and deploy new procedures to govern boutique activities and digital transaction flows
- Verify documentation compliance and adherence to existing internal control procedures
- Create educational materials to raise awareness of internal control and risk management topics
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+4/5) with specialization in Audit or Corporate Finance
- First professional experience in internal controls, compliance, or audit practice (preferred)
- Strong analytical and rigorous mindset
- Curiosity and demonstrated aptitude for continuous learning
- Understanding of operational processes and risk landscapes beyond numerical analysis
- Fluent English proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
