Christian Dior Couture Continuous Improvement & MHSE Performance Intern in Redon, Brittany. 6-month internship starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Optimize industrial methods and processes through continuous improvement initiatives, working collaboratively with all site departments to structure and rationalize workflows
- Challenge existing practices, propose innovative solutions, and support the deployment of enhanced working methodologies
- Design and formalize new MHSE (Maintenance, Hygiene, Safety, Environment) monitoring tools and processes adapted to operational realities
- Define, deploy, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of maintenance, safety, and environmental initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree at Bac+3 to Bac+5 level in Engineering or equivalent university program
- Specialization in continuous improvement, Lean Management, or HSE preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with ability to guide teams through organizational change
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with pragmatic problem-solving approach

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Candidates should demonstrate intellectual curiosity, proactivity, and constructive critical thinking.
Education
Bac+3 to Bac+5 level degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, HSE, or equivalent university program, with specialization in continuous improvement, Lean Management, or HSE preferred.
