Parfums Christian Dior seeks an Intellectual Property Law Intern in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France for a 6-month internship (January–June 2027)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation, monitoring, and participation in filing, examination, opposition, nullity, and appeal procedures in France and internationally
  • Participate in opposition dossier preparation: prior art searches, analysis of conflicting rights, review of cease-and-desist letters and opposition memoranda, coordination for reputation evidence collection, and development of legal action strategies
  • Analyze and draft contracts and agreements relating to intellectual property, including copyright assignments, neighboring rights, model authorizations, and confidentiality agreements
  • Support portfolio management of trademarks and associated administrative tasks, including compilation of proof of use documentation
  • Coordinate with anti-counterfeiting teams, monitor counterfeiting issues on social media and e-commerce platforms, and participate in evidence collection and analysis
  • Advise and support internal teams on intellectual property matters
  • Prepare legal memoranda, consultations, and research studies on IP topics
  • Conduct legal monitoring and track legislative, regulatory, and jurisprudential developments in intellectual property

Qualifications

  • Master 2 (degree level) specialization in Intellectual Property or Industrial Property
  • Law school graduate (élève-avocat) or holder of CRFPA certification preferred
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and writing capabilities
  • Fluent English (written and oral)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Rigorous, responsive, autonomous, and well-organized
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated interest in luxury, beauty, and innovation sectors
