Parfums Christian Dior, Neuilly sur Seine: Innovation Product Manager Assistant internship for spa & wellness product development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop the spa offering range by contributing to the creation of professional care solutions and coordinating all stages of product development including formulation, packaging, and communication
- Create and refine spa treatment menus in collaboration with Dior Spa experts, integrating field feedback to ensure optimal customer experience
- Participate in conceptual reflection on spa experiences, the integration of innovative technologies, and the execution of the Dior Spa innovation roadmap
- Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive 360° activation plans for spa openings and product launches across press, digital, and experiential channels
- Oversee and coordinate the development of communication materials with external agencies for product launch plans
- Conduct market performance studies, analyze spa openings, and perform competitive intelligence using industry tools including NPD, Orion, and Beauté Research
- Support project leads and assist in the preparation of management presentations and strategic documentation
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's program at a business school or equivalent institution
- Passion for luxury and cosmetics industries

Experience
