Christian Dior Couture seeks an Industrialization Specialist to support its Women’s Footwear Industrialization team, coordinating technical data, documentation, supplier requests, sampling, and timelines for footwear structures and components. The position is full-time and permanent, based on-site in Fosso.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and update technical master data, codes, and documentation for footwear structures and components.
- Support the management and updating of technical sheets and product data in company systems.
- Collect, verify, and archive the technical and administrative documentation required for industrialization activities.
- Support the team with sampling, prototyping, and structure refinement requests, monitoring progress and deadlines.
- Manage supplier requests and orders operationally, checking availability, lead times, and the correct receipt of materials and components.
- Maintain regular contact with suppliers, technical offices, and other business functions, facilitating the circulation and alignment of information.
- Monitor activity progress and support adherence to the timelines established by the collection and industrialization calendar.
- Prepare tracking files, reports, and summary tools for the Industrialization Manager and team.
- Support technical changes, ensuring that data and related documentation are correctly updated.
- Contribute to improving and standardizing the office’s administrative tools and workflows.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in back-office activities, product management, or technical/administrative support, preferably in footwear, fashion, or manufacturing.
- Good ability to manage and check data, documentation, and deadlines.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with management systems/PLM.
- Accuracy, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Good interpersonal skills and an aptitude for cross-functional work with technical stakeholders and suppliers.
- Knowledge of footwear products and components, particularly structures, is preferred.
