Role & Responsibilities
- Structure and track project advancement using key performance indicators (project ramp-up rate, harmonization rate) to monitor industrial planning harmonization initiatives
- Coordinate and animate initiated workstreams; establish formalized business routines; lead working meetings and escalate action items for arbitration
- Support teams in drafting and structuring procedural documentation and operational procedures, ensuring relevance and usability for field teams
- Identify and formalize business requirements for management tools including Excel and Power BI dashboards to support decision-making
- Contribute to change management communications and training materials to facilitate team adoption and understanding of new processes
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's +4 or Master's degree (BAC +4 / BAC +5) from a recognized institution, with specialization in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Logistics, or Project Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity or appetite for Power BI analytics
- Strong ability to structure methodologies, track simple indicators, and synthesize findings clearly
- Demonstrated collaborative spirit and team orientation
- Natural communication skills and comfort engaging with diverse profiles and understanding their requirements
