Christian Dior Couture in Paris seeks an Industrial Project Manager to lead Anaplan and SAP S/4HANA planning initiatives in production and supply chain.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive adaptation of Anaplan planning tools (MPS and MRP) to align with the roll-out of a new ERP (SAP S/4HANA).
- Gather and formalize business requirements, with particular focus on procurement and production processes; update target business processes and high-level functional specifications.
- Propose flexible, convergent solutions that reconcile needs across Womenswear, Menswear and Textile Accessories business units.
- Plan and execute testing (recette) of deliverables; validate conformity against the project specification and acceptance criteria.
- Lead change management activities: assess operational impacts, define training methodology and pedagogical materials, and deliver user training and on-the-ground support.
- Perform ad hoc analyses and deliver project-related studies to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate an active interest in Green IT and, within the LVMH sustainability context, support the integration of environmentally responsible IT practices into projects.
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent from an engineering, business school or related program.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, production planning or supply chain roles, ideally within fashion, luxury or industrial environments.
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and to influence stakeholders across operations, purchasing and IT.
- Excellent analytical skills and comfort handling and reconciling large volumes of numerical data with rigour.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and autonomous working skills; proactive and solution-oriented.
- Professional fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management, production planning or supply chain; experience on ERP implementations or planning-tool integrations is highly desirable.
Education
University degree or equivalent (engineering, business school or related discipline).
