Role & Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Power BI dashboards dedicated to operational and managerial performance monitoring
• Conduct field visits to production teams to understand needs, workflows, and data usage patterns
• Transform business requirements into reliable, relevant, and actionable KPIs
• Structure and validate data sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Develop clear, decision-oriented visualizations tailored to multiple levels of management
• Contribute to the harmonization of performance indicators across different operational levels
• Propose recommendations on KPI selection, calculation methodology, frequency, and governance
• Support production teams in adopting and effectively utilizing developed tools and dashboards

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an industrial engineering program (final-year internship candidate)
• Demonstrated analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency with Power BI or equivalent business intelligence platforms
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across departments
• Strong communication skills for translating technical and business concepts
• Sensitivity to environmental and societal considerations in continuous improvement initiatives

Experience

Entry-level; final-year engineering student with no prior professional experience required. Foundational understanding of manufacturing environments, performance metrics, or data analytics is advantageous.

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, or related discipline from a recognized engineering school.
